Humble Night – December 2019

Wednesday, December 25th will be a Humble Night at Church Of The Open Door.

Brothers are invited to wear their outdoor work clothes and sisters are invited to wear something modest that they would wear to work in the garden, etc.

“And I said, ‘Now, Wednesday night is–is humble night here at the Tabernacle’. I said, ‘Now, all you brothers, wear your work clothes, your overalls. I’m going to preach in my overalls'”. ~ Rev. William Marrion Branham (50-0200)

Brother Lauren Bowen

Bro. Nathan Bryant, Bro. Jack Duff, Bro. Lauren Bowen, Bro. Steve Bowen (L to R)

Brother Lauren Bowen went to be with the Lord on Thursday morning, April 5th, 2018.

We rejoice with our brother, as he is rejoicing in a young, pain-free body, but we will miss him greatly. He brought joy and inspiration to those who came in contact with him.

Please remember Sis. Laurie, Bro. Steve and the rest of Bro. Lauren’s family in prayer during this time.

Bro. Lauren’s funeral service will be at 6:30 PM on Monday, April 9th at Stoess Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 2:30 PM until the time of the funeral service.

Stoess Funeral Home Address:
6534 State Hwy 22, Crestwood, KY 40014

O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?” ~ I Corinthians 15:55

I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:” ~ St. John 11:25b

Now let’s prepare our hearts now, that when we too are brought to a place like this, some funeral parlor, that our loved ones can remember that we are prepared also to go.” ~ Rev. William Marrion Branham (63-1118)

Wednesday – March 21st

Due to the amount of snowfall last night I believe it will be best to cancel our Wednesday evening service this week. Please continue to pray for our upcoming Sunday services with Bro. Dewayne Lawson and come expecting to receive something from the Lord. I look forward to seeing you then, if the Lord is willing.

May God richly bless you,

~ Bro. Nathan Bryant
